Aaa999 Terms and Conditions — Platform Usage Rules

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and aaa999 ("Platform", "we"). By accessing, registering for, or using any feature of aaa999 — including Sports Betting, casino games, Slots, poker, crash games, and Live Casino — you expressly confirm that you have read and agree to all terms set out herein.

These Terms are accepted when you check the confirmation box during the registration process. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the aaa999 platform and refrain from registering or making any deposit.

Aaa999 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, you will be notified by email or via an in-platform notice. Continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2Eligibility

To create an account and use aaa999 services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age complete;
• Be a Brazilian resident with a valid CPF in good standing with the Receita Federal;
• Not be under an active self-exclusion period on any betting platform;
• Not be an employee, partner, or immediate family member of aaa999 staff or its partner game providers;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts, as established by the Brazilian Civil Code.

Aaa999 may at any time request additional documents to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide the requested documents within the established deadline may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.

3Registration & Account

3.1 Account creation

Each user may hold only one active account at aaa999. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same CPF, email address, phone number, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these Terms.

By registering, you agree to provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information. The minimum required details are: full name as shown on an official ID, CPF, date of birth, full residential address, a valid email address, and an active Brazilian mobile number.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials (email and password). aaa999 strongly recommends using a unique, complex password with uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Do not share your credentials with anyone.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact aaa999 support immediately at suporte@aaa999.best. aaa999 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of credentials that you failed to adequately protect.

3.3 Identity verification (KYC)

Aaa999 applies identity verification procedures (Know Your Customer — KYC) in compliance with Brazilian anti-money laundering legislation. You may be asked to submit:

• Copy of your RG or CNH (front and back);
• CPF and proof of regular status with the Receita Federal;
• Proof of address issued within the last 90 days;
• Proof of ownership of the bank account or Pix key used.

Full verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any time for transactions above certain limits.

4Deposits & Payments

Aaa999 accepts the following deposit methods, all in BRL:

• Pix — available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with instant account credit;
• Boleto bancário — clearing period of up to 2 business days after payment;
• Credit card Visa and Mastercard — credited within up to 30 minutes;
• Debit card — instant credit;
• PicPay — credited within up to 15 minutes;
• Mercado Pago — credit within up to 15 minutes.

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the name of the account holder at aaa999. Deposits made by third parties will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation. aaa999 does not accept payments in foreign currencies — all transactions are conducted exclusively in BRL (R$).

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals at aaa999 are processed exclusively via Pix to the bank account held in the account holder's name. Processing typically takes just a few minutes after the request, subject to standard security verification.

5.1 Withdrawal conditions

• Identity verification (KYC) must be complete;
• The balance available for withdrawal must come from real deposits, not from locked bonus funds;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00 per request;
• Aaa999 does not charge fees on Pix withdrawals;
• Bonuses carry rollover requirements that must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.2 Limits and timeframes

Aaa999 reserves the right to apply daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits in accordance with its internal risk management policies. In cases of exceptionally high winnings, aaa999 may split the withdrawal into multiple transactions within a timeframe agreed upon with the user. aaa999 will notify the user in advance of any installment arrangements that apply.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Aaa999 offers a welcome bonus, cashback, freerolls, free spins, and other periodic promotions. Participation in any promotion is subject to the specific terms of that offer, which must be read in full before accepting the bonus.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Each user may participate in a welcome promotion only once;
• Bonuses are credited as a bonus balance separate from your real balance and are subject to rollover requirements before withdrawal;
• The standard rollover requirement is 30x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms;
• Bonuses expire 30 calendar days from the date of credit, unless a different deadline is stated in the promotion;
• Cancelled, voided, or below-1.50-odds bets may not count toward rollover completion;
• Aaa999 reserves the right to cancel promotions at any time, respecting the acquired rights of users who have already begun meeting the requirements.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Aaa999 actively monitors betting patterns that indicate bonus abuse, including betting on both sides of the same event, using multiple accounts to stack bonuses, or employing low-risk strategies that go against the spirit of a promotion. If abuse is detected, aaa999 may cancel the bonus, withhold any associated winnings, and suspend or close the account.

7Sports Betting Rules

Aaa999 offers betting on football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, European leagues), MMA and UFC, basketball (NBB, NBA), volleyball, e-sports, and more than 30 other sports. All bets are governed by the following general rules:

• Bets are confirmed the moment you click "Confirm" — bets pending confirmation are not valid;
• Obvious odds errors (such as odds clearly outside market standards) may be voided by aaa999 and the amounts refunded;
• In the event of a cancellation or postponement, pre-game bets are fully refunded unless the event is rescheduled to within 48 hours of the original time;
• Live bets are governed by the state of the game at the moment of confirmation — not by any developments occurring after confirmation;
• In the event of a dispute over a bet outcome, the final decision rests with aaa999, based on official sport sources.

The minimum bet amount is R$ 1.00. Maximum limits vary by sport, market, and event. aaa999 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount for specific users based on their betting history.

8Casino Games & Poker

Aaa999 offers slots, poker (Texas Hold'em, Omaha), crash games, Live Casino with real dealers, and other casino games provided by internationally licensed suppliers. All games operate with an RNG (Random Number Generator) certified by independent laboratories.

8.1 General Game Rules

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed on the basis of personal preferences or user expectations;
• In the event of a technical failure during a round, aaa999 will make decisions based on server records, not the user's device records;
• Aaa999 is not liable for losses resulting from interruptions to the user's internet connection during a gaming session;
• The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is available in the game information section within the platform;
• Winnings obtained by exploiting bugs or technical glitches will be voided and the account may be suspended.

8.2 Poker

Aaa999 poker tables follow the international rules of Texas Hold'em and Omaha. aaa999 employs detection systems for collusion, multi-accounting, and the use of prohibited assistance software. Any player found to be colluding or cheating will have their account closed and funds frozen pending investigation.

9User Conduct

By using aaa999, you agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Creating or using multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages;
• Using automation software, bots, or any tool that interferes with the normal operation of the platform;
• Placing bets for the purpose of money laundering or concealing the origin of funds;
• Disclosing insider information to gain an advantage in Sports Betting;
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or compromise the security of aaa999's infrastructure;
• Threatening, harassing, or intimidating aaa999 support team members;
• Sharing, reselling, or transferring your account to any third party.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, freezing of available funds, and notification to the relevant authorities where applicable.

10Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Voluntary closure

You can request account closure at any time through aaa999 support. Available real balances will be returned via Pix after KYC verification, provided there is no active investigation into irregularities. Unreleased bonus balances will be cancelled upon closure.

10.2 Suspension or closure by aaa999

Aaa999 may suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity;
• False information or invalid documentation provided during registration;
• Detection of platform use by a minor;
• Self-exclusion request by the user;
• Order from a competent judicial or regulatory authority.

In cases of account closure due to suspected fraud, aaa999 reserves the right to hold funds for as long as necessary to complete the investigation. If the investigation finds no irregularity, all funds will be returned in full.

11Responsible Gambling

14Limitation of Liability

Aaa999 makes the platform available "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Downtime may occur due to scheduled maintenance or technical reasons beyond aaa999's control.

Aaa999 is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from bets or games placed on the platform — game outcomes are the user's responsibility;
• Interruptions to the user's internet connection during gaming sessions;
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform;
• Actions by third parties, such as internet providers or financial institutions, that affect transactions;
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the user's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials.

15Changes to These Terms

Aaa999 may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in Brazilian law, new platform features, or adjustments to internal policies. When changes are material to users' rights, we will communicate them via the registered email and/or a prominent in-platform notice at least 7 business days in advance.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the last updated date indicated at the top. 16Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from the use of aaa999 that cannot be resolved amicably through support will be submitted to the competent court of the user's domicile in Brazil, pursuant to the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990).
